I'm a certified professional coach. Dedicated to the business of "change", coaching gives me the opportunity to help individuals, families and groups reach their transformational goals. I combine my keen skills of awareness, observation, problem solving and goal setting to help those committed to personal growth and discovery.
With over 25 years of working in traditional therapeutic settings, I have helped individuals of all ages and in various stages of crisis. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, social worker and coach, my approach to helping others is a synthesis of my extensive experience in fields of neuroscience, clinical psychology, social justice and positive psychology. I have a degree in social work and masters degree in clinical psychology.
As an urbanite, I enjoy living in Chicago and the diverse opportunities around me. I'm happily married and enjoy a rich family life, a grand circle of friends, caring neighbors and an exciting social network of fellow colleagues.
